My work experience spans multiple sectors, including restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, high-volume catering, and manufacturing. Regardless of the business model, my focus has always been on strengthening the industry.
The goal of my site is to provide culinary businesses with tools that enhance the quality of their services. By sharing valuable skills and resources developed over my years in the industry, I aim to make work in our culinary world more intuitive and efficient.
